Duathlon Information Session - July 10th, RAFY

Want to know what a duathlon is all about? Come to the Rochester Area Family Y at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, July 10 for an information session with some experienced du/triathletes (Mark Carey, Ruben Mesa, Jason Sinnwell). As a bonus, a drawing will be held for a free entry to the TreadMan Duathlon! Treats and handouts will provided along with time for Q & A.
Also, FYI, Mark qualified for the USAT world championships in Hamburg, Germany by finishing 6th in his age group yesterday.
