Ski Rental 2024-2025

$35.00

Priority for ski rentals is given to first-year and second-year skiers. Skis may be available for others as available.

Ski rentals are available only to registered skiers - do not rent skis if you are not already registered.

You will get a pair of used skate skis with bindings and poles. You will need to rent or purchase your own ski boos - available at Tyrol Ski Shop in Rochester or in several ski shops in the Cities. When buying or renting boots, make sure you get Prolink (one-bar) bindings. Rental skis will not work with SNS (older, 2-bar) bindings (see picture).

The rental period is for the season and the skis and poles must be returned after the last practice.

If you are renting skis for two or more skiers, add one rental at a time to the cart so that rental form can be filled out for each skier.

At the checkout, you will be asked for skier’s weight and height - this is necessary for choosing the right ski and pole size and fit.

Rented skis and poles are picked up from one of the coaches’ house in Rochester. RNST coaches will prepare the equipment and will contact you when it is ready for pickup.

Financial assistance for registration and ski rentals is available through RASC for those who need it. Please contact Darald Bothun at rnstscholarship@gmail.com for more details.
